Every medication card reads "As low as", and the footnotes say what that depends on. Foundayo is $149 a month only at the 0.8 mg and 2.5 mg doses, and higher doses cost more. Zepbound KwikPen is listed as low as $299 a month. The Wegovy pen offer covers only the first two fills at the two lowest doses, after which the footnote says the price rises. Each footnote repeats that the $39 membership applies and does not include medication, which is why the figures ranked here are $188 and $338 rather than the card prices.

GoodRx, the prescription-discount company, runs a subscription telehealth program called GoodRx Care Direct. For weight loss it lists four brand products: the Wegovy pill, Wegovy and Wegovy HD pens, Foundayo, which is the orforglipron tablet, and Zepbound KwikPen. It does not offer compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.

How it works

A buyer subscribes first, and a licensed provider then decides whether a GLP-1 is medically appropriate, so the prescription itself is never promised by the subscription. The membership pays for unlimited online visits while the dose is worked up, and the page offers delivery or pharmacy pickup once a prescription is written. Weight-loss treatment through the program is not available in Alabama or Louisiana, according to the page's own terms.
