GLP-1 Price Check

A seller quotes you a monthly figure and you have nothing to set it against. This places it among 63 published prices — every seller on this site that publishes one, with any membership or program fee already added in and any four-week term already converted to a calendar month.

What this number is not

  • Cheaper is not better. Some of the lowest figures here are microdoses, which are a smaller dose rather than a discount on the same product, and some are opening prices that rise at the next step of the ladder.
  • Every figure is all-in as far as we can establish it. Where a seller charges a membership or a program fee outside its headline, we add it before ranking. Your quote may not be on the same basis — check what it excludes before comparing.
  • A month must be a month. Several sellers price a four-week supply and print it with a monthly symbol. Thirteen of those land in a year, not twelve.
The same year drawn twice: once cut into twelve calendar months and once into thirteen four-week fills, the month boundaries repeated as dashed lines so the slip between them accumulates across the year, and the thirteenth fill picked out solid as the one a monthly price never counts.ONE YEAR, DIVIDED TWO WAYS12 calendar months13 four-week fills (dashed = where the months fall)the thirteenth fill$99 x 13 = $1,287 a year = $107.25 a month.
  • These are advertised prices, not walked checkouts. They are what each seller publishes, corrected for fees and terms — not what a completed purchase charged.

Why a median is more useful here than a lowest price

Injectable semaglutide runs from $76 to $348 a month across 25 sellers, and the median sits at $179. A spread that wide on one molecule is not a quality gradient — the cheapest and the dearest are frequently the same compounded preparation from similar pharmacies. It is a spread in what sellers think they can charge.

That is why the floor is a poor benchmark. Chasing it leads to microdose products priced against other sellers’ standard doses, and to opening rates that step up as you titrate. The median tells you whether a quote is inside the market at all, which is the question a reader actually has. The same arithmetic across twelve months, and the sellers whose figure does not move as the dose does, are the two things worth checking next.

Every price here is what a seller publishes, corrected — not a walked checkout. That distinction is the whole discipline of this site and it is set out in the methodology. Most of these products are compounded, which means they are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before they are dispensed; price says nothing about which preparation is which.
