Semaglutide, injection: $74 is the first-month rate; the seller's own page says $149 a month thereafter, which is the standing figure. Six months comes to $894 rather than $444, a difference of $450.

The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where OrderlyMeds states them.
