Our verdict
MEDVi's oral lines publish $99 as a membership with the medication billed separately and unnamed. Strut Health's $99 oral is the whole figure, conditional on a standing order. Two identical numbers, and only one of them is a price. A buyer comparing them on the figure alone is comparing an entry fee against a total. The question that separates these two is not which is cheaper but which one can be answered at all: Strut's condition is a standing order a buyer can accept or decline, while MEDVi's medication cost is not published anywhere on the oral line. Strut also states the discount behind its figure, at 21 per cent off the oral semaglutide rate, so a reader can see what a single month would cost instead.
