The two tirzepatide phrasings disagree on whether higher doses cost more. Where a seller states a price two ways, the lower-commitment reading is not assumed. The brand consultations are billed as a separate fee for visits only, with the drug charged on approval.

What PauseRX is

Pause Rx is a patient management platform that works with independent physician networks. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by injection. It also offers consultations for Wegovy and Zepbound, plus hormone, sexual health and longevity lines.

How it works

A buyer completes a questionnaire first. A licensed provider reviews it within 24 hours and prescribes only if appropriate. Some states require a live video or chat to complete the visit; a photo ID and selfie are required before treatment. Each month the provider reviews the file again before a refill is offered.

Branded or compounded

Compounded prescriptions are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy that is not named. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved or reviewed by the FDA. Brand Wegovy and Zepbound ship through the manufacturer's pharmacy channel.
