EverPrime review
Check both renewal dates
Compare the selected medicine bill, optional membership and prepaid term before judging EverPrime’s advertised savings.
A comparable monthly medication price is not available. See the plan details below for published fees, medication costs and payment terms.
The bottom line
Use EverPrime’s selected calculator total rather than its lowest member headline. A separate subscription and an upfront commitment can change the amount due. Get the renewal dates and cancellation cutoff in writing.

What the figure does not cover
Fees, terms and cancellation at EverPrime
- Outside the headline
- The Core subscription is optional; Peak is advertised at $199 monthly. The membership FAQ says visits are included for members. Its comparison matrix also lists a $99 nonmember treatment visit. Required labs have a separate payment exception in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island. Confirm the selected care package’s actual visit and lab charges.
- Prepay
- The site says medication and membership are collected upfront. Its FAQ even gives a three-month medication purchase with twelve months of membership as an example. Do not assume matching durations. Ask for the total due today, both covered periods and each next charge. Four-week delivery intervals do not establish the billing calendar.
- Cancellation
- Renewals continue until canceled. The shipping rules require contacting support at least 24 hours ahead of the next bill. Once the pharmacy begins preparing an order, cancellation and refund are unavailable. The membership FAQ separately treats prepaid payments as nonrefundable. The policy allows a full refund when the clinician decides treatment is unsuitable.
Pricing transparency
How EverPrime publishes its prices
For a one-month medication plan, the standard selections display semaglutide at $249 and tirzepatide at $329. Choosing member pricing changes the medicine portions to $150 and $230. Adding the separate $99 Core fee brings those monthly equivalents back to $249 and $329. The annual member medicine headlines are $115 and $180, excluding membership. Those figures are not verified checkout totals.

The seller
What EverPrime is
EverPrime sells prescribed weight-loss treatment through both standard and optional member purchase routes. The company’s contract names Enhance.MD, LLC as its operator. Shared ownership does not make the two storefronts’ packages interchangeable.
How it works
Independent medical practices handle prescribing: the agreement lists Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC. Semaglutide includes an opening video appointment and six-monthly metabolic labs. Tirzepatide lists consultations at 90-day intervals. Confirm any extra visit charge for the nonmember route.
Branded or compounded
EverPrime markets compounded injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its low-dose tirzepatide offering is a different package. These preparations are not FDA-approved products, and a clinical study of branded medication does not establish this seller’s results. Ask for the name of your dispensing pharmacy.
Where the money holds, and where it moves
Predictable
- Nonmember ordering avoids an obligatory subscription
- Calculator separates the drug and Core fee
- Published shipping and refund rules explain key cutoffs
Moves, or is not stated
- Longer membership terms can exceed medication supply
- Headline rates omit the subscription component
- Visit inclusions need clarification before payment
Who this is worth it for
A buyer willing to reconcile the exact upfront payment and renewal dates across two separately priced components.
Who should price elsewhere
A buyer seeking a single confirmed all-in monthly price without comparing plan terms.

What EverPrime prescribes, and the evidence for it
These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.
- Oral Semaglutide 50 mg and the Injection: A 30-Study Systematic Review
A 2026 review of 30 studies put the 50 mg tablet at −15.1% in OASIS 1 and the 2.4 mg injection at −14.9% in STEP 1, two separate trials. Bioavailability is about 1% for the tablet, against 89% injected.
- Is Tirzepatide Worth the Extra Cost Over Semaglutide?
The premium buys measured extra weight loss: 20.2 percent against 13.7 percent in a head-to-head trial. On heart attacks and strokes it buys nothing measurable.
