- Tirzepatide, injection: The re-swept $149 on the same four-week cycle is $161 a calendar month. Six months comes to $966 rather than $894, a difference of $72.
The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where TrueMe states them.
The bottom line
TrueMe publishes $139 a month for compounded semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide, re-read in September 2026 and both down between readings. Its cart bills every four weeks rather than monthly, making the real figures $151 and $161.
