Cancellation

The membership bills monthly, on the 1st or the 16th of the month. Cancellation runs through a membership change request form. Member perks continue for about one month after the last payment.

Weight Loss Care is listed at $99 a month, with the same figure on the women's and men's plans. The FAQ says the membership covers consultations, lab review, coaching, shipping and supplies. Treatments are sold to members at a reduced rate; that rate is not printed on any page. A buyer can therefore budget the fee and nothing else; a fee without the drug price stays out of every ranking.

1st Optimal is a functional-medicine telehealth practice with an office in Clarkston, Michigan. It sells hormone, peptide, gut and weight-loss plans as monthly memberships. Its weight-loss pages describe GLP-1 therapy by weekly injection and by daily tablet. Those pages do not name a molecule.

How it works

Care starts with a booked consultation. Lab testing follows, either at home or at a local lab; a provider reviews the results and builds the treatment plan. A prescription, where one is written, goes electronically to a partner pharmacy. The FAQ says partner pharmacies typically ship within 14 business days. Coaching sessions run inside the membership.

Branded or compounded

The weight-loss pages list three delivery methods: weekly injections, daily oral tablets and combination protocols. They name neither semaglutide nor tirzepatide. They do not say whether a prescription is a brand product or a compounded preparation. A compounded preparation is not FDA-approved, so that question belongs in the consultation.
