The medication figures live on the GLP-1 page, where compounded semaglutide starts at $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $199 when availability allows. Because the supervision fee does not stop once the drug starts, the two stack: $168 a month on semaglutide and $268 on tirzepatide. Neither of those numbers appears anywhere on the site, which is what makes the comparison against a single all-in seller hard to make.
