The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where Sesame Care states them.

Fees, terms and cancellation at Sesame Care
- Outside the headline
- A care subscription of $59 a month is required and charged separately from the medication, read August 2026. It applies to every product and does not change as the dose changes, so it is a flat addition to whichever ladder a buyer lands on.
- Prepay
- A promotional rate of $199 a month for the first two months was advertised to new self-pay patients at the lowest doses only, and was still on the page in August. That sat after the end date the site's own FAQ terms give, so anyone relying on it should confirm in writing.

How Sesame Care publishes its prices
A month is $408 on the Wegovy injection, $208 on the low-dose pill and $358 on the opening Zepbound vial. The Zepbound ladder then climbs on its own: $399 at 5 mg and $449 from 7.5 mg upward, which takes the all-in to $458 and $508 while the subscription stays put. Six months at the pill rate is $1,248, and budgeting from the $149 alone understates that by $354.
