ShapeIn Rx is a Phoenix-based telehealth weight-loss program that sells compounded semaglutide and compounded liraglutide, with pages for the branded GLP-1 pens alongside them. Its semaglutide is blended with cyanocobalamin, and each plan ships as a kit holding the vial, syringes, alcohol wipes and a cooling pack.

How it works

The first stage is an online health assessment, which the FAQ says costs nothing to complete. A licensed provider then holds a one-on-one virtual consultation and decides whether to prescribe, and the product page prices that appointment at $45 as a one-time charge. The FAQ adds that a consultation fee can depend on the plan chosen, so the amount is worth confirming before the booking is made.
