TOM Weight Loss review
Drug inside the fee
Two flat monthly plans with the compounded drug inside, sold only in Texas and Utah.
What TOM Weight Loss charges, and what it bills
One row per molecule and delivery route. Where the two figures differ, the struck number is what TOM Weight Loss leads with and the figure under it is what a buyer cannot get below. Both are published by the seller; neither is a walked checkout.
| Product | Per month | 6 months | As the dose rises |
|---|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide, injectionRead September 2026Holds at every dose, per the seller. | $199 | $1,194 | Holds at every dose, per the seller. |
| Tirzepatide, injectionRead September 2026Holds at every dose, per the seller. | $249 | $1,494 | Holds at every dose, per the seller. |
The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where TOM Weight Loss states them.
The bottom line
$199 a month buys compounded semaglutide at any dose up to 2.4 mg a week. $249 buys compounded tirzepatide up to 15 mg a week. Both figures include the doctor and the drug. Care is limited to Texas and Utah.

Pricing transparency
How TOM Weight Loss publishes its prices
The Basic plan reads "$199/month" and "Billed $199 monthly", with compounded semaglutide included. The Premium plan is $249 a month with compounded tirzepatide included. Premium also covers semaglutide above the Basic cap. Neither figure moves with dose inside the stated caps. Six months costs $1,194 on semaglutide and $1,494 on tirzepatide. A full year is $2,388 and $2,988. Quarterly plans are also listed. A physician-only membership bills the drug separately through the pharmacy. That tier is the route to brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound.

The seller
What TOM Weight Loss is
TOM Weight Loss is a small telehealth practice run by one obesity-medicine physician, Dr. Tran Le. The practice is Texas Obesity Medicine PLLC. It prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Brand-name GLP-1s and oral options sit on a separate tier.
How it works
Every patient starts with a consultation. New patients get one introductory visit free. The same doctor runs check-ins and dose changes. The prescription goes to a licensed pharmacy and ships to the door. The FAQ says treatment often starts within a few days of sign-off.
Branded or compounded
Both plan drugs are compounded. A compounded drug is not FDA-approved and is not reviewed by the FDA before dispensing. The pharmacy filling the plan drug is not named. The physician-only tier lists example pharmacies for its per-fill prices.
