Calibrate Health review

Program fee, insured brand drug

Calibrate charges $199 a month for its program; the GLP-1 is a brand drug billed through insurance.

No figure from Calibrate Health is carried on this site’s ranking surfaces yet, so there is no ledger to place beside the write-up below. What the pricing section states is what the seller publishes on its own pages.

The bottom line

Calibrate's $199 a month buys its Metabolic Reset program, not medication; the first three months are a required commitment, $597 in total. Medication is a brand GLP-1 billed through a member's insurance. A copay of $25 or less applies only with commercial coverage after any deductible. No cash medication price is published, so no monthly figure ranks.

What the figure does not cover

Outside the headline
Lab tests and prescription medications are excluded from the $199 membership; their cost depends on the member's insurance plan.
Prepay
The first three months are a fixed commitment. The member terms state that unpaid installments of that initial term are not waived.
Cancellation
After the three-month commitment, the membership renews one month at a time. A member may cancel at any point after that; the terms state that a paid term is not refunded.

How Calibrate Health publishes its prices

The program fee is $199 a month. The initial term is three months, billed in monthly installments, so the first commitment totals $597. Lab tests and prescription medications sit outside the fee; the copay estimate of $25 or less assumes commercial or employer insurance. An uninsured member has no published drug price to budget against.

The seller

What Calibrate Health is

Calibrate sells a metabolic program built on clinician prescribing, one-to-one video coaching and a lifestyle curriculum. Employers can also cover it for their staff; it states availability in all 50 states and D.C.

How it works

The first clinical visit is a 30-minute video appointment that reviews history and labs. A clinician then decides whether a GLP-1 fits. Calibrate staff work the insurance claim for the prescribed drug; the prescription is filled through the member's own pharmacy benefit. Coaching runs alongside it in the Calibrate app.

Branded or compounded

Calibrate clinicians prescribe brand GLP-1s, including Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound and Foundayo. Its FAQ states that it does not prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications. Branded products are FDA-approved and dispensed as approved.

Every figure above is what Calibrate Health publishes on its own pages, read in the month stated beside it, with any charge a buyer cannot decline added back before anything ranks. The rules a price has to meet before it appears here are set out in the methodology. A partnership sets display order on the surfaces that say so and never moves a score — how this site makes money.
