The stored $123 is half of a $246 two-month microdose line, and the $296 filed here previously belongs to the tirzepatide plan. Six months comes to $1,482 rather than $738, a difference of $744.
The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where Levers Health states them.

Tirzepatide runs the same shape at higher numbers. Its Low-Dose plan is $296 and stops at 5mg a week. The any-dose Monthly Plan is $396. That $396 sits in the page markup and in no rendered pane.
