Semaglutide, injection: The stored $115 is on no page. The card reads "From $89/Month*" against "Reg $199/Month", and the asterisk says "With a 6-month plan", so $199 is the rate without a term commitment. Six months comes to $1,194 rather than $690, a difference of $504.
Tirzepatide, injection: The card reads "From $129/Month*" against "Reg $299/Month" on the same six-month condition. Six months comes to $1,794 rather than $1,080, a difference of $714.

The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where Cielo states them.
