Semaglutide, injection: $69 is the introductory first month; the seller's own page says "Normally $139" and "Then $139/mo", so $139 is the standing rate. The stored $99 is the three-month prepay rung, billed $297 up front. Six months comes to $834 rather than $594, a difference of $240.
Tirzepatide, injection: The tirzepatide page reads "Normally $199" and "Then $199/mo" beside an introductory first month of $129, and the stored $149 is the six-month prepay rung billed $894 up front. Six months comes to $1,194 rather than $894, a difference of $300.

The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where MyFastRx states them.
