Nova MD, which also calls itself Try Nova, is a telehealth platform selling compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each prepared with B12, alongside sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. It does not compound or dispense anything itself, and independent licensed pharmacies fill and ship each prescription.
How it works
The intake opens with a questionnaire the seller puts at about five minutes, and the homepage says a provider usually picks the case up within one business day. The footer names Beluga, a network of US-licensed clinicians, as the group whose criteria screen applicants out and whose clinician meets the patient after checkout to decide on a prescription. If that clinician does not approve treatment, the product page says the patient is not charged. Once a prescription is written, the pharmacy typically ships within one to two business days, and the page gives five as the outer limit.
