Cancellation

The weight-loss FAQ allows cancellation any time before the prescription is created, with a full refund. For Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo, an order can be canceled only until the pharmacy has processed the prescription, and whether a request succeeds depends on the stage the order has reached.

Shipping

The branded medicines ship from the manufacturers' partners, and the delivery page says those partners set and charge their own shipping fees. Free shipping applies to weight-loss medication that ZipHealth delivers itself.

Each product page leads with a "From" figure and then lists a "Starting at" price for every dose, and on all four medicines the figure rises at the higher doses. A separate $79 charge for clinical service and support sits next to the headline; the weight-loss page levies it on each treatment, and the FAQ says returning patients pay it too. Under the prices, a footnote warns that each one is provisional and that the pharmacy fixes the real charge when it fills the order. None of the four is billed through insurance.

ZipHealth Services Inc., based in Delray Beach, Florida, runs an online prescribing service whose catalog extends well past weight loss to conditions such as migraine and herpes. Its weight-loss FAQ lists four treatments: Zepbound KwikPen, the Wegovy pen, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo, each described as an FDA-approved branded medicine.

How it works

The process opens with an online consultation of a few minutes about health history and goals, and the site says a BMI of 25 or higher may qualify for branded medication. A licensed U.S. provider reviews the answers and makes the final clinical decision, with most decisions arriving within 24 hours. Before anything is filled, the applicant verifies identity once with a government-issued photo ID and a current photo. Some states also require a short video call before a prescription can be written. The FAQ describes a second gate after that: the manufacturer's partner pharmacy can reject a prescription, and questions about that go to Lilly or Novo Nordisk rather than to ZipHealth.
