TeleZen MD review
Twelve-hour cancellation window
The headline rate needs a twelve-month plan, and an order can be canceled only within twelve hours of placing it.
What TeleZen MD charges, and what it bills
One row per molecule and delivery route. Where the two figures differ, the struck number is what TeleZen MD leads with and the figure under it is what a buyer cannot get below. Both are published by the seller; neither is a walked checkout.

The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where TeleZen MD states them.
The bottom line
TeleZen MD charges $168 a month for compounded semaglutide and $268 for tirzepatide on its monthly plan. The $99 headline applies only to the annual plan, billed $1,188 every twelve months. Every dose costs the same on every plan.

What the figure does not cover
Fees, terms and cancellation at TeleZen MD
- Outside the headline
- A payment processing fee of 4% applies to every order and is non-refundable. The refund policy states it. The plan cards do not.
- Prepay
- The quarterly, semi-annual and annual semaglutide plans bill $448, $798 and $1,188 up front. An order becomes non-refundable once it enters processing. A prepaid term cannot be recovered after provider review begins.
- Cancellation
- The FAQ says a plan can be paused or canceled from the patient portal. The refund policy is narrower for an order already placed. A cancellation request must reach support within 12 hours of the order. A $35 doctor visit fee is deducted if a provider has already reviewed the case. No refund is issued once processing begins.
- Shipping
- Free overnight shipping is included on every plan. Delivery problems must be reported within two business days of the carrier's delivery date.

The seller
What TeleZen MD is
A telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by injection, alongside hormone, NAD+ and peptide therapies. Four physicians are named on the program page. Every plan is stated as FSA and HSA eligible.
How it works
A five-minute questionnaire comes first. A licensed physician reviews it and prescribes if the patient qualifies, typically within 24 hours. A U.S. 503A pharmacy compounds the order. It ships overnight. The buyer chooses a titrating plan or a fixed dose at purchase.
Branded or compounded
Both lines are compounded in U.S. 503A pharmacies, which are not named. A compounded preparation is not FDA-approved. No milligram dose appears beside any price.
