Self-pay care starts with a $199 New Patient Visit that covers the assessment and labs, followed by a 1-, 3- or 6-month membership whose fee is not published and which is described as "no medication included". Medication is priced separately: compounded semaglutide is advertised at $99 and compounded tirzepatide at $199, each for the first month only, and no rate for the months after is printed. Insured patients pay a per-visit copay instead, which is a different figure from a cash price.

What Medi-Weightloss is

Medi-Weightloss is a network of 139 physician-supervised weight-loss clinics, each independently operated under one brand, that pairs weekly in-person visits with nutrition and fitness education. GLP-1 medication is one part of the program rather than the whole of it, and the pricing page presents the fee as paying for supervised care, not a prescription alone.

How it works

A buyer starts with a free assessment and then books a New Patient Visit at a local clinic, where a provider runs a medical assessment, lab work and a GLP-1 eligibility review. According to the FAQ, most patients then visit weekly during the early phases and monthly in the later wellness phase, and the provider sets the medication and explains its cost at the consultation. Because each clinic is independently operated, the services and prices a reader meets depend on the location chosen.

Branded or compounded

Clinics offer Zepbound, Wegovy and Saxenda as brand options, used with insurance where a plan covers them, and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for buyers paying cash. The site states that compounded drug products are not approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. No compounding pharmacy is named on the pricing page.
