StackMD review
Priced per vial
Eleven published prices across two molecules, and no term on any of them.
What StackMD charges, and what it bills
One row per molecule and delivery route. Where the two figures differ, the struck number is what StackMD leads with and the figure under it is what a buyer cannot get below. Both are published by the seller; neither is a walked checkout.
| Product | Per month | 6 months | As the dose rises |
|---|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide, injectionRead August 2026Rises as the dose rises, per the seller. | $125 | $750 | Rises as the dose rises, per the seller. |
| Tirzepatide, injectionRead August 2026Rises as the dose rises, per the seller. | $199 | $1,194 | Rises as the dose rises, per the seller. |
The 6-month column is the billed monthly figure multiplied by 6. It is arithmetic on published prices, not a forecast of a bill: a real six months also carries dose changes, labs and shipping, and those are covered below where StackMD states them.
The bottom line
StackMD publishes a price for every vial strength it sells. Semaglutide runs $125 to $225 across five strengths. Tirzepatide runs $199 to $449 across six. No page attaches a billing period to any of them.

How StackMD publishes its prices
The semaglutide listing prices a 1ml vial at $125 for 1mg, $149 for 2mg, $175 for 4mg, $199 for 6mg and $225 for 10mg. The tirzepatide listing prices a 2ml vial at $199 for 5mg and $249 for 10mg. It runs on to $299, $349, $399 and $449 at 15mg, 20mg, 25mg and 30mg. The disclosure is unusually complete and the omission is the term. Neither page uses the words supply, monthly, subscription or refill, and neither states how long a vial lasts. The figure is a cart price for one vial, and what it buys depends entirely on the weekly dose a provider writes.

The seller
What StackMD is
StackMD sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as single vials, each formulated with B12. Sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione sit in the same catalog. Both GLP-1 products are variable listings with a strength selector. The site states no membership or platform fee applies.
How it works
A medical intake precedes the order. The listing states a valid patient ID, an intake and provider approval may be required before a vial ships. The provider sets the starting dose and the titration schedule. The commercial consequence is that the provider also sets which rung of the ladder a buyer lands on.
Branded or compounded
Both products are compounded rather than branded. The listings say so directly, and state the FDA has not evaluated them for safety, efficacy or quality. Each is described as compounded by a licensed third-party pharmacy that StackMD does not name. Both are once-weekly subcutaneous injections.
Where the money holds, and where it moves
Predictable
- Every vial strength carries its own price
- Milligram strengths printed on both listings
- Compounding status stated on the product page
- No membership or platform fee published
Moves, or is not stated
- No vial states how long it lasts
- No billing period appears on either listing
- The top semaglutide rung is $225
- Tirzepatide at 30mg is $449
